Corporate Partner/ Senior Associate, Dublin, Ireland

Leading Irish law firm is seeking to hire an additional corporate lawyer  at Senior Associate or Partner level to join their award-winning team based in Dublin.

The firm are interested in speaking with candidates from NQ- 5 years PQE who are looking to join a dynamic and innovative team and are seeking an opportunity to work on a broad and diverse range of corporate matters.

The role will involve advising on:

• Mergers & acquisitions,
• Joint ventures,
• Corporate finance,
• Capital markets,
• Buyouts,
• Fundraising,
• Restructures/ re-organisations.

This role offers a chance to work with market-leading partners in the Irish corporate market. The firm regularly advising clients across Europe so there will be some travel involved with this role.

The firm are particularly interested in Irish lawyers currently working in the UK considering a return to Dublin.
