Solicitor - Contentious Probate
This Legal 500 and Chambers recognised law firm seek a Contentious Probate Lawyer to join their niche team in Hampshire.
You will have at least 4 years or more experience and have a proven track record in contentious probate. Ideally you will have ACTAPS accreditation or this is available to undertake.
You will have strong business development experience and will lead the contentious probate team in the business development strategy. You will secure new business and explore cross referral opportunities and develop relationships with other teams in the firm and with external referrers.
In this role you will have a high level of client contact so you must have worked with mid to high net worth clients to provide exceptional client service. The team deal with Wills disputes, probate actions, capacity issues, abuse of LPA and IHT Claims. They also work closely with their highly rated Court of Protection Team providing litigation support on mental capacity issues.
