ENERGY/TRADING - FINANCE LAWYER - NORTH YORKSHIRE
CLIENT: We are working with a FTSE 250 organisation in the UK energy sector. Owning and operating some of the largest power stations in the country, delivering Europe's largest decarbonisation project and providing a substantial amount of the UK's electricity, they are a fantastic organisation to work for.
ROLE: As part of the specialist legal team handling complex and high value work in the energy sectors, you will be responsible for the negotiation and documentation of the group's energy and commodity trading (gas, power, carbon and FX). You will also handle finance and treasury led work including intra-group funding to support external debt raising.
CANDIDATE: You will need to have relevant experience in an energy, financial services business or bank, or have worked in the energy/finance/banking practice or a law firm.
