Property Locum 3 + PQE - South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Locum to join a well respected Public Sector Organisation on an initial 1 month contract.
JOB TITLE: Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: Swansea (Commutable from; Cardiff, Wales, Glamorgan, Gwent, Powys, Dyfed, Gloucestershire, Avon, Bristol)
SALARY: £30+ per hour dependant upon experience
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This highly reputable Public Sector Organisation is looking for a Property Locum with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their dynamic team on a 1 month basis whilst they recruit for the position permanently.
As a Property Locum you will be expected to deal with all manner of Property law including both residential and commercial property work. The Property Lawyer will be a qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE within property. You will have extensive experience of working on cases such as landlord and tenant, lease acquisitions and also of giving general property advice ideally from a role within the public sector.
The Property Lawyer Locum will have a firm understanding on all property matters and be able to use their transferable skills to hit the ground running in this role. You will be confident and enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The Property Locum must be able to start immediately and be able to commit to the full first month, there is strong chance for extension or a permanent position should this suit both parties.
