Head of Housing Law

A Senior Housing Law Solicitor with strong litigation and management experience is required for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience up £70,000 for the right candidate!

My client is a successful and well established medium sized Legal 500 practice with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Working for this forward thinking firm there is a pleasant working environment, excellent benefits along with opportunities for career development. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Law Solicitor to head up the already successful Housing Disrepair team. As the Head of Department you will work closely with other Managers and the Partners at the firm as well as supervising members of the team carrying our performance reviews, planning for the future growth of the department and recruiting additional team members.

Candidates must have a proven track record dealing with Housing Disrepair matters and experience leading a team. You will have excellent communication skills, in person, on the telephone and in writing and organisational skills to a very high standard. You will be committed and self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
