Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates - Senior Associate

A Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates Senior Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a full service Top 100 UK law firm. The role will be based in Cardiff and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

Sitting comfortably within the Top 100 of UK law firms my client has lost none of its personal and down to earth approach which got them there in the first place. A full service firm they advise both businesses and individuals in the property and construction; public and voluntary; and banking and finance sectors. They have also built themselves quite the reputation too for their Personal Injury work and uniquely for a law firm they also provide an IFA service.

Due to the significant growth of my client's dedicated Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates team they are now looking to increase the headcount with the addition of a Senior Associate. It must also be noted here that you will be expected to be involved in business development activities.

We are welcoming applications from 4+ years PQE Senior Associates who have extensive experience of Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates work and if you also have the ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications then this will aid your application further. If your experience leans more towards the Non-Contentious Private Client, or Commercial/Civil Litigation then we would still be very interested in having sight of your CV.
