We have just received a mandate to recruit an Outsourcing/IT/Data Protection lawyer c 5 PQE to join an established in
house legal department
THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer with a background in outsourcing/data protection and IT work.
The position has been created as a result of business needs within the team
The role will be business facing and will include managing a varied workload handling:-
Drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements
Software, consultancy and services agreements
Data Protection/Data Security/IP matters
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a strong outsourcing/data protection experience and the capability
of working in a business facing role. Candidates will ideally have worked within the financial sector.
Candidates must be available to start ASAP
