Senior Legal Counsel, Life Sciences industry

Our client is an international medical devices company with its German operations based in the Frankfurt area. They are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel responsible for providing strategic and legal advice in all matters relevant to the company's business units in Germany.

You will be responsible for all contracts (e.g. marketing, promotion, sale and purchasing, equipment financing, employment etc), review of promotional materials, intellectual property enforcement, litigation, and employee relations. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing, promoting, and reinforcing compliance standards, aligned with local laws and regulations and company-wide compliance policies.

You are a German qualified lawyer with a background in the life sciences industry. A solid understanding of the medical device industry, strong experience in negotiating with the Works Council in Germany and sound experience in litigation are required. Fluent English and German skills are essential in this international surrounding.
