Project Manager Business Change (Investment Banking Business Transformation Process Change Corporate Banking Project Manager Finance) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following experience:
- - Experience as a Business Change Project Manager in banking
- Business Change Project Manager experience for business change/business transformation - eg- implementing a Target Operating Model (TOM); process engineering; implementing regulatory change or procedure; opening of a new office; moving the location of a department; merging with a business; acquiring a business or selling a business.
The following are DESIRABLE, not essential:
- Project Manager experience within IT - eg. applications, infrastructure, documentation, analysis etc (front office, capital markets, CIB, trading exposure)
- Knowledge of asset classes and derivative products
Role: You will join a centralised Project Manager Business Change team of ten within my banking client in London. The team delivers projects across revenue generating business areas and central, operational departments. You will work on up to 10 projects at any one time, ranging in duration from 2 weeks to 12 months. The projects will be IT system and infrastructure related but equally focussing on business transformation, process change or implementation, TOMs and some regulatory compliance. You will be:
- Highly motivated to continue your learning and development
- Comfortable and articulate with a broad range of IT and business stakeholders
Salary: GBP80k - GBP95k + 25% Bonus + 10% Pension
