A large regional practice is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join the large dispute resolution team in Nottingham. This team is highly specialist in a range of litigation matters and is seeking a senior commercial litigation solicitor to aid building the East Midlands branch of this reputable firm. If you have contacts in the Nottingham area this will be highly advantageous.

The team deals with a whole host of dispute including agricultural disputes, commercial debt recovery, contract disputes, construction, director and shareholder disputes, professional negligence and technology litigation - to name but a few! The team is Legal 500 ranked and the reporting partner is Chambers UK 2016 recognised.

You will be ideally anywhere over around 4 years PQE and highly self sufficient in handling a litigation caseload. You will be interested in taking a very active role in business development and marketing initiatives in order to continue building the reputation of this practice in the East Midlands.
