THE ROLE
You will be joining the firm’s Birmingham office to take on a role advising social housing provider clients with all their financial and banking matters. This will include acquisition finance, restructuring and refinancing and you should have outstanding drafting skills as you will be negotiating and preparing complex facility agreements as well as having experience in a range of project management transactions. The firm offers unusually high levels of responsibility from the outset and substantial client contact and is looking for someone who positively enjoys developing strong client relationships and will actively undertake a range of marketing and business development to further enhance the reputation of the banking and finance department. You will:-
Be a 3+ years’ PQE solicitor;
Have excellent client care skills;
Possess first-class technical skills, combined with a pragmatic, commercial approach;
