Commercial Property Solicitor - High street firm - St Ives (Cambridgeshire) - Lots of direct client contact and a chance to be a key figure in the future of the department.

A well respected high street firm is looking to recruit a Commercial property solicitor to their friendly and supportive team to deal mainly with a caseload of commercial property matters.

I am interested in hearing from both those interested in purely commercial roles and those interested in a residential/commercial mix.

The successful candidate will ideally be a fully qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with commercial matters. You must be comfortable and confident in advising clients face to face and it is likely that you will have a background and preference for working in a high street type environment and prefer this type of working environment to the more commercial and larger firms. The client base will be varied and spread across various sectors including agricultural and retail.
