CORPORATE PARTNER | c.£150K+ SALARY | MAYFAIR LAW FIRM

My client is a growing Mayfair-based boutique law firm, seeking a senior corporate lawyer to join the firms growing practice.

The firm is Legal 500 ranked and has excellent corporate, real estate, litigation and insolvency practices as well as extensive employment and immigration capabilities.

There is enough desk space for the prospective corporate partner to bring an associate/team with them should they wish, although the firm already has a good internal support network of more junior lawyers and paralegals, including within corporate.

This firm has one of the most lucrative bonus schemes on the market. Unlike most firms, you will only be expected to bill c.2-2.5 times your base salary, which will be adjusted accordingly should you exceed your target. Going hand in hand with this, there is no hours target. The core hours are 9:00 to 17:30. Equity is on offer within 12-18 months in this highly entrepreneurial firm in the heart of Mayfair.
