THE ROLE:

This leading law firm boosts an impressive presence of recommendations in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and has built a successful practice through the recruitment of highly regarded individuals. The corporate team is continuing to go from strength to strength and they are seeking to appoint an additional Corporate Partner into the team. Within the role you will be expected to undertake a heavy element of business development and you must be able to take on a pro-active approach in bringing in new clients. This full service firm has an excellent client base which includes smaller, mid-size and larger corporates and other commercial businesses as well as private clients including company directors.

THE CANDIDATE:

As an experienced Corporate Partner you will already be working at a leading national firm and be boosting strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of corporate work. A natural passion for business development coupled with actual experience is key. Well respected in your field of law you will be longing for a firm where you will have the opportunity to grow and progress your career in line with your ambitions. Your knowledge of M&A, private equity and general corporate finance work must be technically excellent sound and you will be determined to succeed. You will be a well-known name in the field of corporate law and will have your own list of clients who have instructed you for a number of years. This is a senior role that demands a strong leader who displays diplomatic skills and sound judgement. You will be a good marketer and business developer and will have demonstrated an ability to mentor junior fee earners.
