A highly skilled Agricultural Solicitor is required to join this leading regional law firm in Staffordshire to play an active role in the flourishing department. You will have a proven track record of advising on all aspects of agricultural law coupled with a strong network of contacts who can instruct you on future matters.
JOB TITLE: Agricultural Partner - Staffordshire
PQE REQUIRED: 8+
LOCATION: Staffordshire (Commutable from: Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe, Derby, Stone, Leek, Newcastle-Under-Lyme)
SALARY: £80,000 - £120,000 - dependant on experience and skills
THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Agricultural Solicitor to join this leading regional law firm in Staffordshire and drive the department into the next stage of growth. The team has a number of individuals with a wealth of experience in all areas of agricultural law including the buying and selling of agricultural land farms, rights of way, Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies and farm business tenancies. Upon joining you will be expected to play a key role in the development of the agricultural team along with providing advice to farm owners, companies and partnerships. The appointed Agricultural Partner or frustrated Senior Associate will be playing a key role in the current and future growth plans of this practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 8 years experience and will ideally be a partner in your existing practice. Senior Associates who are able to demonstrate a client following and relevant experience will be considered for this role. A following is crucial for this role and therefore only applicants who are confident of a following of at least £200,000 as a minimum are asked to apply to be considered for this role.The successful applicant will be well known in the market for providing sound advice to a variety of clients on all agricultural issues.
