CFO - B2C Utilities
The Opportunity
A private equity backed business in the B2C utilities sector is looking for a CFO to grow the business and to take the business through to a successful exit. They are currently growing at c. 20% year-on-year growth and primarily focused on growing organically. The business is looking at an exit in the next 2/3 years.
The Role
As the CFO you will partner closely with the CEO and work alongside the high calibre management team to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for the cash management, producing KPI's to drive the business forward and put in the infrastructure to support the business through the ambitious growth plans the business has. You will also be working closely with the Private Equity house.
The Requirements
To apply for the role you will need to have experience in a regulated B2C business, understand price comparison models and be able to add commercial and strategic insight. Private Equity experience is preferential and someone that has been through an exit it essential.
