Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be supporting a leading retail business based in West Yorkshire with the recruitment of a high calibre Commercial Finance Manager. This well-known business has experienced sustained growth and success over an exciting last few years and is now looking to bring in an ambitious ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to work in close partnership with a couple of key directors across the business.

The focus of the Commercial Finance Manager will be to support the development of insightful financial and management information which can be used to make day to day decisions on high level strategy as well as identifying new business opportunities. The incumbent will then be encouraged to use their commercial and business acumen to work closely with the leadership team in designing and executing the resulting initiatives and projects.

This business facing finance role will require the successful applicant to quickly establish strong working relationships with non-financial management in order to both support and challenge depending on the circumstance. In addition my client will encourage the Commercial Finance Manager to adopt a pro-active approach to their work and take the lead on highlighting opportunities for improvement within the current processes, systems and procedures and then implement the changes across the company.
