Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Business Partner for my professional services client based in Doncaster. Reporting to the Head of L&D the role will be responsible for the delivery of learning and development solutions for the business division. The role will partner with HR and senior management to ensure that learning objectives are in line with business requirements and strategy.

Responsible for the full training cycle including TNA, design and delivery the role will be responsible for ensuring the learning and capability of all employees is linked to the current and future business needs of the organisation. The role will support the achievement of the organisation's strategic objectives by maintaining and developing the L&D strategy and planning, delivering and evaluating all areas of business skills learning as well as people development appraisals and change programmes and projects.

Managing a small team the role will be responsible for design and roll out of effective and comprehensive induction programmes, supporting managers with their teams training needs analysis, design and deliver specific product, technical, specialist and soft skills training. As well as liaising with 3rd party suppliers ensuring training is appropriate to business requirements.

There will be significant coaching activity, along with the HRBP and wider leadership teams, to advise on best fit solutions. Of the course the role will also focus on evaluation and effectiveness of training & coaching rolled out through continuous review and feedback. The role will also have some budget responsibility.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in the full training cycle as well as development initiatives within a corporate and highly commercial environment. Combined with this is the ability to hit the ground running and you should be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills, demonstrable experience of L&D technology and blended learning, an imaginative approach to learning as well as experience of managing multi-projects. You should be engaging, professional and focused on delivery.

*Proven experience of Learning & development expertise
*A minimum of 5 years Training experience
*Demonstrable experience of the full training cycle
*Experienced delivery of soft skills training
*Experience of blended learning
*MBTI practitioner and OPQ qualified desirable
