Are you 4 - 10+ Yrs PQE solicitor that can advise on a breadth of different taxes with an interest in joining a busy tax team as a senior Associate/ Junior Partner within leading national commercial law firm in Leeds?

- Can you advise on a breadth of different taxes in the context of corporate and real estate transactions?

- Can you demonstrate advanced knowledge in Tax legislations and how they apply to benefit clients?

You will join a leading national, commercial law firm which is a full-service legal business home to a market-leading real estate, corporate, banking & finance and corporate recovery practices. Operating in 7 UK cities the firm helps clients meet their commercial goals through the delivery of clear and pragmatic legal advice, progressive solutions. and entrepreneurial mindset.

There is an existing team that is highly experienced and established in work on business and share sales, investments in new and established companies, property sales, corporate group reconstructions and the implementation of equity incentive arrangements.
