Junior Legal Counsel

Out client, a leading aviation company, are currently looking to appoint a Junior Legal Counsel to assist with providing legal advice on a variety of commercial contracts.

Reporting directly into the Chief Legal Officer you will be involved with drafting, reviewing and advising on service agreements (both inward and outward), framework agreements, tender and related agreements having a particular focus on air transportation (both cargo and passenger). Additionally you shall assist members of the Legal department with providing support on a range of other legal issues including company secretarial, data protection and IT matters.  

Although a background in transportation, air freight, the airline or travel industry would be an advantage, candidates who have experience of providing advice on a range of commercial matters within an In-House environment would be considered. As the business has an international presence candidates with other language skills would be an advantage.
