Financial Controller

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join an SME, international manufacturer based in the Wrexham area.

The award winning business is going from strength to strength and they are growing organically and through acquisition.

Reporting to the Managing Director the main responsibilities for the role will include:

• Coordinate the efficient use of resources to meet the financial and commercial aspects of the business including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and commercial issues
• Day to Day running of accounts
• Coordination of all departments within the company
• Financial planning including forecasts and budget preparation
• Ensuring financial budgets are maintained
• Development of internal policies
• Working closely with the European offices, developing the sites where required
• Preparation and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordination and direct the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Compliance to regulatory and accountancy procedures
• Improvement of company performance
• Performance reporting to internal and external sources
• All commercial issues required by the business
