You will have 4+ years UK experience or 6+ years Australian experience in corporate law gained at another leading or top tier firm, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and private equity, polished technical and personal skills.. You must have superb academics and the attitude to flourish in this high quality environment. The firm offers training and support to expand your skills and experience.
