This medium-sized (Top 50) national law firm is looking for a 2-5 PQE banking lawyer to join its banking team in London. The role will involve assisting on a broad range of syndicated, bilateral and club financings including real estate finance, leveraged buyouts, asset based lending and general corporate lending (for both lenders, borrowers and PE funds). The banking team in London is relatively small, so this isn't the sort of role where you are a small cog in a big wheel. You will have a good level of responsibility and will be able to make a big impact in the team.
You will need banking experience gained from a good London or regional firm and robust academics.
