Group Senior M&A Compliance Officer

Our client is a major multinational company now seeking a Group Senior Compliance Officer to focus on the compliance aspects of corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions (M&A) joint ventures and other major deals) reporting to the Group CCO. 

They seek an experienced UK or US qualified corporate/M & A lawyer or compliance focused lawyer with strong experience of FCPA and/or UK Bribery Act compliance due diligence. You will also have experience of working with emerging markets and have the ability to work within a fast moving matrixed organisation.
