Ideally you will have broad commercial litigation experience potentially including; commercial contracts, director disputes, insolvency technology, property litigation, negligence and debt recovery. As well as a passion and track record of delivering cost effective pragmatic advice you will see the advantages of passing work through to the most appropriate team and understand the benefits of working towards one goal, the overall success of the firm.
