Aviation Finance Lawyer, Dublin
Our Client, a top 6 law firm is currently recruiting for an Aviation Finance Lawyer to join their asset finance team.
Our clients Aviation finance team advises on all aspects of leasing and financing of aircraft and aircraft engines.
The Role:
- Advising on all facets of deal structuring and evaluation
- Advise on leasing, commercial debt and export credit agency supported financings as well as aircraft and aircraft engine portfolio trading.
- Advise both domestic and international asset financing banks in relation to financing and leasing commercial and corporate aircraft
The Person:
- NQ - 4 years' PQE working in either a top 10 law firm or a global aviation finance and leasing company
- Experience in Aviation finance is essential
- Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills is a prerequisite
