We have an immediate opportunity for an Aviation Lawyer, to cover a period of Maternity Leave within the Aviation Insurance sector.
This role will assist and oversee the handling of a wide range of aviation legal liability claims for insurers, including providing surveyors with legal input and guidance on issues affecting claims.
As the Aviation Lawyer, you'll also have involvement with release work and be responsible for the management of salvage projects and commercial contract reviews.
Successful candidates will need to have significant experience (5+ PQE) within the Aviation Insurance or possibly Marine sectors, with exposure to international work. Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills are essential.
