Head Teacher
Education - School - Primary - Infant - Nursey - South - Management - Development
An exciting opportunity has become available for a new Head Teacher on an Interim basis, within the South. The school specialises in infants and nursery, having ages that range from 2-7. The right candidate will be ready for the challenge of leading the school in its next phase of development.
As the right candidate you will:
- Generate visions, ethos and policies for the organisation which promote high levels of achievement and support to the children
- Create and implement strategic development plans for the organisation
- Ensure curriculum meets national as well as local standards
- Secure effective learning by creating an environment of outstanding quality, behaviour, achievement and attendance
- Continually review, develop and maintain staff structure that maximises the schools efficiency and achievements
- Enable and challenge staff to develop their expertise whilst offering maximum support
- Develop an approach which best supports the children to reach their full potential.
