THE ROLE:

An exciting and rare opportunity to work with other fee-earners and partners in a busy and highly reputable Dispute Resolution team. This positon will see you predominately handling a wide range of fraud related matters including claims for dishonesty and deceit, receipt of bribes and secret profits, conspiracy, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, trust litigation where fraud is involved or suspected, committal proceedings and insolvency cases involving fraud. You will provide advice on corporate investigations into the conduct of individuals, detecting instances of fraud and also deal with Civil injunctions, including Freezing Orders and Search Orders and Orders for disclosure of information and documents and many more related matters. You will also be expected to advise clients on a wide range of Commercial Litigation matters including, Commercial and Contractual disputes, International disputes, Director, Shareholder and Partnership disputes, Professional negligence and Insolvency.

THE CANDIDATE:

A first rate candidate is required for this exceptional position so it is essential that you meet the following criteria. You have superb academics, have gained excellent Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution experience with another leading City law firm and be between 2-4 years PQE, able to demonstrate excellent experience of handling commercial litigation/dispute resolution matters including complex fraud cases.. You will have the ability to demonstrate behaviour in keeping with the firm's core values of teamwork, respect, integrity and fairness, commitment and understanding and promote good team morale. A proven track record of marketing and business development, building relationships with clients, proactively seeking out opportunities and securing them and good client care skills are also essential.
