Court of Protection Solicitor, Bedfordshire, 1+ Years PQE - The firm has seen exceptional growth in its Private Client Department, and they are now looking for an exceptional additional Court of Protection Solicitor.
JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor - Bedfordshire
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ Years PQE
LOCATION: Bedfordshire (Commutable from: Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Ampthill, Sandy)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who has a genuine interest in Court of Protection work and would be keen to work in this area. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, deputyship applications, on-going deputyship administration, and ancillary applications such as trustee orders, interim orders, and statutory Will applications.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 1+ years PQE and have extensive experience of Court of Protection work. You will also be required to have sensitive and patient inter-personal and communication skills. Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will also be a keen business developer for the department. Genuine career progression is on offer for the successful Court of Protection Solicitor.
