Snr Leasing Support Associate

A growing Financial Services company based in London are seeking a Leasing Support Associate for a 12 month contract.

My client is seeking a qualified lawyer to support the EMEA team with transactional management and asset finance.

Responsibilities include:
*Providing transaction management and oversight for specific transactions from mandate to closing, including leading contract negotiations
*Drafting pricing proposals and term sheets
*Reviewing documentation and coordinating with various internal stakeholders
*Attending internal and external meetings with a focus around credit and risks


The successful candidate will have extensive experience within transactional finance. You will have worked within the financial services industry either in-house or private practice. Knowledge of Asset Management is desirable.
