A Top 100 UK law firm is looking to expand its highly regarded Corporate team with the hire of a promising junior Corporate Associate.
The Corporate team advises on a full range of corporate matters including;
- Mergers and acquisitions,
- Joint ventures,
- Venture capital and fundraising,
- Reorganisations and restructurings, and
- International and cross-border transactions.
The firm offers a fully supportive environment with continued training and 'know-how' sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to build strong foundations for a prosperous career whilst getting exposure to top quality corporate work with an elite client base.
The ideal Corporate associate will have completed a Corporate seat in the training contract or will have strong Corporate experience from a reputable firm. Ideally you will be newly qualified - 3 years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates at other levels.
