PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years

LOCATION: Bedfordshire

THE ROLE:

Due to the increase in workload, a new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Planning Solicitor to become part of a busy team, working closely with real estate and residential development teams. You will handle a broad range of planning matters, undertaking a varied and high quality caseload including compulsory purchase advice, strategic advice on planning applications, planning appeals, promotion agreements and judicial reviews and high court challenges.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Planning Solicitor will have gained excellent training and have a minimum of 2+ years PQE gained with another leading practice. You will have had exposure to a broad range of planning work, have a desire to be involved in business development and the firm's marketing strategies, a highly ambitious individual with a commitment to building a career in planning law. Eye for detail and meticulous approach to your work is essential.
