JOB TITLE: Professional Regulatory Solicitor

THE ROLE:

This new opportunity will suit Professional Regulatory lawyers with the capability to run their own litigation caseload to assist the Regulatory Team in the provision of services to the firm's professional discipline clients. These will include healthcare and educational regulators. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting cases before Fitness to Practise panels, taking witness statements, preparing legal documents, completion of case management systems and also supervising the legal assistants within this highly regarded team.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from solicitors or barristers with up to 3 years PQE and recent and relevant regulatory experience. You will be confident in meeting/speaking with and taking statements from witnesses, and preparing witness statements, checking witness statements, liaising with the client, witnesses and the registrant's representatives and preparing legal documents. It is essential that you have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
