The well-established and highly regarded legal team are now looking to bolster their offering with a talented corporate commercial lawyer.
The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in corporate law including experience with joint ventures, acquisitions & disposals and preferably banking and securities as well as great commercial acumen.
