Our client is a west end based financial services organisation with roots in asset management who are seeking an additional lawyer / legal counsel (DCM) to join the team at an exciting stage of the development of the business.
THE ROLE:
Working as part of a small legal team, the Lawyer / Legal Counsel you will be involved in a broad range of work where your core responsibilities as a DCM Lawyer / Legal Counsel will include:
- Working with the business to map out transaction steps and preparing term sheets;
- Guiding external counsel and progressing the transaction internally;
- Drafting and reviewing documentation, including transactional document on EMTN programme;
- Providing advice on other legal and commercial projects
THE CANDIDATE:
- Qualified Lawyer / Legal Counsel with 2 - 5* years PQE+ experience in DCM Law at a law firm and/or in an in-house legal team
*Candidates outside of this bracket will be considered if they are able to demonstrate the prerequisite experience required.
