Our client, a leading investment manager is seeking a Funds or Investment Management Lawyer to join the team on a permanent basis.
The role:
Funds or Investment Management Lawyer to undertake the following:
- Drafting, negotiate and execute fund documentation including IMAs, depositary agreements, broker terms
- Fund documentation review, including prospectus
- Drafting and negotiating distribution agreements, platform agreements and distribution related documents
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers
- Attend and actively participate at various forums and committees
- Liaising with external counsel on various fund related and commercial matters
The Candidate
- 2-4 years PQE+ * Experience gained within financial services / asset management or a within a funds or financial services team within private practice
- Knowledge and understanding IMAs, Distribution agreements and broader commercial contracts
- Demonstrable regulatory knowledge and practical application of the FCA Handbook (Esp. COBS, COLL).
- Irish fund law experience would be advantageous
