In-House Commercial Contracts Lawyer, 2-3 PQE, Belfast

Excellent new role for an in-house commercial contracts lawyer with circa 2-3 years PQE, to join an award-winning legal support business focusing on the financial services sector. This role will be based in Belfast and the company are interested in speaking to lawyers seeking permanent or fixed term opportunities. 

Role Profile:

• The team provides support to a key client's business in the drafting, negotiation and management of their commercial contracts. 
• Candidates with general commercial contracts experience are invited to apply although experience of financial services would be an advantage. Equally so, you will advise on contract negotiations within IP, Technology, Data Protection and information security.

Candidate Requirements:

• Legally qualified with a minimum of 2/3 years post-qualified experience within commercial contracts ideally including services and consulting agreements. 
• Demonstrable experience of independently drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm environment or working as part of an in-house legal team.
• Very strong commercial awareness and ability to work directly with senior business managers.​
