JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor

PQE: 2 years+ PQE

LOCATION: Newcastle upon Tyne

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

Outstanding Commercial Team experiencing success and growth is expanding and looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE with a strong background in Commercial matters. The role will be very broad and will see you handling matters to include drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including complex IT agreements, advising on outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts and complex commercial projects. Emerging rapidly and having built a diverse client base, the Commercial Solicitor will be handling matters for small business to multinational corporations.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with at least 2+ years PQE in Commercial matters. You will deliver logical and concise advice to clients through the use of excellent communication skills and high professionalism.
