Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) - Busy, multi-office firm based in East Anglia require a Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) on an ongoing basis starting as soon as possible.

JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum)

PQE REQUIRED: 3+

LOCATION: Suffolk (Commutable from: Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex)

HOURLY RATE: £30 - £35

THE ROLE:

Our client a multi-office firm based in Suffolk are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) to join them immediately to provide support on an ongoing basis for up to two months. The appointed Commercial Property Locum will be expected to come in and hit the ground running, with a high level of responsibility given to manage a heavy caseload including but not limited to; acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, negotiating some complex lease work, property development projects and property management.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Commercial Property Locum will have a proven background in Commercial Property law. It is vital the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor displays great communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and constantly aiming to deliver work of the highest quality and be confident to hit the ground running with an existing caseload.
