Insolvency Solicitor, Greater Manchester - A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join its North West office to take on a busy and stimulating caseload of restructuring work.

PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years PQE

LOCATION: Greater Manchester (Commutable from: Altrincham, Cheadle, Hale, Manchester, Sale, Stockport, Warrington, Wilmslow)

THE ROLE:

The newly appointed Insolvency Solicitor will join this highly regarded North West based Insolvency team and will be dealing with a broad range of non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters. You will be working in a fast paced environment with a team that consists of highly skilled Insolvency Solicitors and partners who are experts in the field. The successful Insolvency Solicitor will be liaising with a broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, businesses and many other professionals. This is an excellent role for an Insolvency Solicitor who is keen to progress their career and cement their position as a specialist within the sector.

THE CANDIDATE:

The Insolvency Solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE and be able to demonstrate a strong background dealing with all types of non-contentious insolvency and restructuring work. The Insolvency Solicitor will have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage projects efficiently and effectively. You will have excellent client liaison skills with the ability to engage with a broad spectrum of clients, dealing with all matters confidently.
