FINANCE DIRECTOR
LINCOLNSHIRE
RattrayParkin have been engaged by a rapidly expanding service sector business based in Lincolnshire to recruit their 1st Finance Director.
This role will report directly to the CEO and will take wide ranging responsibility including the management of a well regarded finance team, the development of robust systems, improving relationships with external contacts such as Bank and Audit, as well as being a key part of the senior management team driving the business through a significant period of change and growth.
In order to be considered you must have worked in an FD capacity before preferably within a service/retail environment. Your communication skills must be a genuine strength alongside clear technical nous.
