Delighted to be working in a retained partnership with a fast-growing organisation in West Yorkshire, to help appoint a new Finance Controller.
The role will report into the Group Finance Director, however will be responsible for running all aspects of finance. Responsibilities will include:-
- Key responsibility for ensuring reporting is timely and accurate - weekly, monthly and annual across internal financial management information, monthly reporting into Group and annual reporting including Statutory Accounts
- Responsibility for ensuring team structure, processes, controls and infrastructure are sound and as efficient as possible
- Opportunity to provide commercial input and critique around finances and feed into advice and commentary to board.
- Responsible for compliance aspects e.g. Tax inc VAT and Corporation Tax
- Budgeting and reporting against budget
The ideal candidate will be Qualified, having held a similar FC role with experience of running a small team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can make a positive impact on the finance function and wider team.
