Financial Controller

The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Financial Controller role for a fast growth Management Consultancy based in central London. The Financial Controller will report into the Head of Finance and will be responsible for driving growth through the production of financial and management reporting. The Financial Controller will have experience working with a Global business and will be commercially focused individual excited by the prospect of working with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including consolidation of monthly accounts from all entities
• Preparation and reviews balance sheet on a monthly basis
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly cash flow statements and projections with analysis
• Manages and leads a finance team of two
• Manages the year-end audit process
• Delivery of improvements to financial systems

Key Skills

• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in accounting and providing management control
• Experience working in a small-company environment
• Experience with multi-currency
• Excellent people skills

• Flexible - able to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity
• Commercially minded
