HR Director/HR VP (Fortune 500):
We are urgently seeking a super senior, interim HR Director/HR VP (Fortune 500) for 12 month contract with one of China's leading tech firms, based in Shenzhen, China.
Superb day rates, expenses covered, high probability of extension, flexibility for regular trips home.
The client is investing in wholesale HR process transformation and wants the best of the best to drive the programme forward.
The HR Director/HR VP (Fortune 500) will ideally conform to the following profile:
- a minimum of 20 years experience in HR
- a blue chip/Fortune 500 industry background
- a published (articles, books, presentations) and recognised HR SME, well-known in the industry
- preference for a TMT industry background (technology, media, telco)
Interviews are scheduled for the first week of March. The budget is authorised and the client is ready to hire.
