The Company

My client is a leading luxury retailer who are known for their heritage accessories line and RTW collections with over 300 stores and a website that trades globally. They are looking for a strong Head of Digital Marketing to join their team to develop their online presence and strategy.

The Role

My client requires somebody to develop and drive the global online marketing strategy and manage customer acquisition and retention plans and oversee digital planning.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Devise the annual online marketing strategy including the management of advertising, the customer retention forecasts and supporting the business turnover.

• Advise on central marketing budget allocation towards digital marketing and social media. Oversee the management of this budget throughout the year.

• Drive the acquisition of customers through the customer value segmentation programme to convert repeat and high potential customers across all sales channels.

• Lead the digital marketing team to gain commitment and loyalty, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the brand's strategic objectives and priorities and remain motivated and engaged to help the business achieve these.

• Oversee the management of all paid search campaigns globally, setting agency/team objectives and ensuring all industry innovations are implemented into the account where appropriate.

Key Skills and Experience

• Solid understanding and experience within digital marketing and the capability to champion digital progress and innovation.
• Great knowledge of E-commerce, particularly within the luxury industry.
• High quality leadership skills
• Experience managing a multi-million pound marketing budget whilst maximising ROI.
