THE ROLE:

Our clients large and well respected Commercial Property team in Bristol are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their development team advising social housing clients, providing commercial and practical holistic solutions. The team incorporates a broad range of residential development work for registered providers, including site acquisitions and disposals,funding documentation and infrastructure agreements. The role of Commercial Property Solicitor will develop the successcful candidate's technical and client management skills, with access to challenging and complex work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development for the ideal Commercial Property Solicitor, along with gaining expertise and building a wider skill set.

THE CANDIDATE:

If you are a Commercial Property Solicitor, experienced in advising large clients on commercial property development / investment work, ideally within the social housing sector, our client would love to hear from you. The appointed Comemrcial Property Solicitor will have delivered development services project transactions on time and on budget, advising on all aspects of land acquisitions, site assembly and stock rationalisation.
