As the company's first General Counsel, our client requires an experienced legal professional to work on several Mergers & Acqusition projects.
This technology focussed company requires people with experience of technology licensing agreements, software licensing and IP.
You'll need to keep our clients best interests in mind, highlighting IP issues and drafting NDAs as and when required.
Working as part of a team of 5, the work you'll be doing will help to mould and shape the company's future.
You'll need to be technically sound and an expert in this field, using your knowledge and expertise to advise key stakeholders on important decisions.
