Real Estate Solicitor - Birmingham

BCL Legal is pleased to be working alongside this highly regarded firm in its recruitment of a real estate solicitor to its Birmingham team. The team has seen considerable growth over the last few years and with line of sight on increased work flow continuing having made major tender wins on high profile projects across the country they are now looking to recruit a real estate solicitor to the team.

Our client is flexible in terms of the level of post qualification experience a real estate solicitor joining the team has and will look at real estate solicitors from about three to eight years' qualified provided they have the ability to work fairly autonomously on a busy caseload.

The successful real estate solicitor will advise both private and public sector clients on property matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings through to full portfolio/asset management. Essentially you will have good Landlord and Tenant experience and development experience would be advantageous.

You should also have strong communication skills, an ability to build strong client relationships and the ability to provide supervision to more junior lawyers.
