Fashion & Technology Partner
This leading Central London law firm has an opportunity for a commercial brands solicitor with experience in managing trade mark and design portfolios and supervising all aspects of brand management including clearance, trade mark prosecution and oppositions.
The caseload will include general commercial law advising brands, as well as trade mark and design laws, particularly in respect of the fashion and technology sectors.
